NICK ANGELLOTTI, CA·IFA (1991)
Nick is a Chartered Accountant and a designated specialist in Investigative and Forensic Accounting. He has served as the Vice-President and Managing Director of Williams & Partners Inc., Forensic and Investigative Accountants since 1996.
In 2003, Nick was distinguished as having ranked among the top 10% of students graduating from the prestigious Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting at the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto). At the request of the Director of the program, Nick has returned as the coordinator of Loss Quantification courses, and instructs the Advanced stream.
Nick has been accepted and testified as an expert witness in the Ontario Superior Courts of Justice.
Shortly after receiving his Chartered Accounting designation in 1991, Nick was admitted as Partner in the firm of Williams & Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants. His focus began in advising small and medium sized enterprises, and providing forensic accounting services and litigation support.
Nick routinely presents lectures and training seminars on insurance loss accounting and forensic investigations to trade groups, legal conferences, and corporations.

GEOFF BUSTIN, CA (1984)
Geoff's professional career has been devoted to assisting
small and medium sized enterprises build their businesses.
Geoff started his training with an international accounting
firm after graduation from the University of Toronto.
His passion in working with owner-managers who could benefit
from his knowledge, expertise, and experience to improve
the value of their businesses led to his decision to join
a local accounting firm.
In 1985, he felt that he could better understand the challenges
that small business owners faced if he was a business
owner himself and therefore started in his own accounting
practice. After nearly 15 years of running his own practice,
he merged with Williams & Partners in 1999 because
of the commitment he saw to owner-managed business. He
also felt that his clients would be better served if they
could draw on a larger base of knowledge and experience.
Geoff has acted as an external advisor to many owner-managed
businesses and for many non-profit organizations and charities,
helping them to build value and plan for the future.

CARLO DE PELLEGRIN, CA
(1972)
An experienced senior accountant with a unique combination of accounting management, business management and board service experience.
Carlo began his career with a large international accounting firm. In 1973 he moved into private industry where he gained significant experience in the fields of manufacturing, construction and real estate development.
Carlo returned to public practice in 1978. His focus was on creating wealth and value for owner-managed businesses, particularly in the construction, real estate development, and manufacturing sectors. More recently, Carlo has developed significant expertise in the not-for-profit sector.
Carlo has acted as an advisor on a significant public offering resulting in an IPO on the TSX in 1994. Carlo was a director of a TSX 300 listed company from 1994 until 2005. Carlo completed the Institute of Corporate Directors program in 2005 and now holds the designation of ICD.D.
In 1997, Carlo merged his practice with Williams & Partners. In his capacity as Partner with the firm, Carlo manages an assurance base of businesses, as well as providing business advice to owner managers.

ENZO MORINI, MBA, CA (1990)
Enzo joined Williams & Partners in 1999 after several years of experience with an international firm and in industry working for a Canadian based multi-national in the automotive industry.
Enzo was admitted as a tax partner with the firm in 2001. His focus is on tax minimization strategies for clients including scientific research and experimental development claims, corporate re-organizations and executive compensation.
Enzo is very active in the community and is a member of the Board of Directors of the York Central Hospital Foundation and the Treasurer for the Markham Mobility Foundation.

JOSEPH PIRRELLO, CA (1984)
Joe began his professional accounting career with a large international public accounting firm where he gained the knowledge and experience required in the assurance and management advisory services profession. This experience led him to an advisory services role for the small and medium sized owner manager sector.
In 1985, he became a sole practitioner helping fellow small business owners grow their business, while growing his own public practice.
In 1991, Joe became one of the founders of Williams & Partners, where he continues to act as a business coach to his clients in the manufacturing, construction and real estate sectors.
Joe was recently appointed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario to serve on the Practice Inspection Committee for a three year term, and, also served as a member of the Board of Directors at The National Golf Club of Canada from 2001 to 2004.

W. JOHN TRIMBLE, CA (1985)
John earned his designation in 1985 after working with a local firm since high school graduation where he gained experience and knowledge in the small and medium enterprise area. In 1991 John became one of the founding members of Williams & Partners. This opportunity gave him the avenue to demonstrate his commitment to adding value to owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs. John has an innate ability to infuse a fresh and different view to situations, and he utilizes this knowledge in his mentoring of owner managers.
In 1995 John followed his clients' expansion into the United States when he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 2004, John again reacted to client needs and expanded his knowledge base into the Business Valuations area.

RICHARD ONLEY, CA (1988)
Richard began his career with an international accounting firm in Toronto where he specialized in offering comprehensive services to owner-managed enterprises. He then worked for a publicly listed international food services/hospitality company where he worked on acquisitions, strategic planning and financial reporting.
For the last 15 years, he has been in public practice, advising entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations, offering a wide-range of services to help them build on their successes. Richard's special interest is helping his clients expand their vision of their companies and then working with them to turn those visions into reality.
Richard merged his practice with Williams & Partners on January 1, 2007.
